These are the terms and conditions for jewelry purchases from Forge Gone Conclusions.
Items are typically sent through USPS and are insured. Any package over $1000 requires a delivery signature.
Ring Size Policies
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ring size. We will assist you in determining the appropriate size, but once a piece is made or bought, a resize fee of $50 will be charged if applicable. Note- depending on the construction and material type, not all rings can be resized.
Because we control our raw material sources for integrity, all pieces of jewelry are non-returnable. All pieces are carefully reviewed and photographed before they are sent out to a customer for quality assurance. If there is a workmanship issue with the piece, you have 30 days to report the issue. Normal wear and tear and customer abuse is not covered.
Custom Work Policies
All requested work requires a 50% deposit. Buyer will have the opportunity to review at least one drawing and/or sketch of the design before production starts. Buyer must sign off on the design before production starts. After production, buyer will review the piece via pictures and/or a Zoom meeting before piece is shipped. Remaining balance is due before the piece will be shipped. If an order is cancelled after production begins, a $75 fee will be charged to cover consultation and administrative costs.
In the case of repair work, there is risk that an existing stone could break. The estimate will list out the estimated replacement value of each stone as well as the overall piece of jewelry. If something were to happen to one of the stones, we will replace the stone with a comparable stone for that cost. If something happens to the overall piece of jewelry during the repair, we will credit you the max value of the piece for either a comparable piece or something different, not to exceed the max price. The owner waives all rights (written or implied) to anything beyond the max value quoted on the estimate.
